How do I know if I need it?

Yellowing between leaf veins (interveinal chlorosis) usually means Mg deficiency. New growth pale = micronutrient deficit. Vitamin Sea fixes both.

Can I use it with cal-mag products?

Yes. Vitamin Sea covers the Mg + micros. King Krustacean covers calcium. They stack cleanly.

Foliar or soil?
