A LITTLE KNOW-HOW GOES A LONG WAY
Good questions.

The practical details, from the first mix

Getting started.
Where should I start?
Start with the plant's stage and the soil-care step. Microbes is our full-spectrum compost tea. Veg is the feed for vegetative growth; Bloom is the feed for flowering and fruiting.
You do not need to add every product at once. Choose the extra inputs for the job your garden needs. Explore the soil system or build your routine.
When do I switch from Veg to Bloom?
Use Veg while the plant is building leaves and stems. Move to Bloom when it enters flowering or fruiting. Follow the plant's stage and the directions on your current pack, rather than a fixed calendar date.
What is Microbes, and how does nitrogen fixation fit in?
Microbes is a liquid full-spectrum compost tea with a community of bacteria, fungi, and protozoa. Its ingredients are vermicompost, fish protein hydrolysate, soy protein hydrolysate, and seaweed.
Our microbial profile lists organisms with nitrogen-fixing roles. Certain bacteria can convert atmospheric nitrogen gas into biologically usable forms; plant availability may involve further cycling. This is different from mineralization, which releases nitrogen already present in organic matter.
Keep Microbes alongside an appropriate feeding routine. Nitrogen fixation is not a fixed fertilizer-replacement rate. Get to know the biology.
How do I choose the extra products?
Give each addition a job: Incredible Bulk supplies focused phosphorus and potassium for the flowering chapter; Kelp It Real adds a seaweed and potassium input; King Krustacean brings chitin-based microbe food and calcium; Vitamin Sea supplies magnesium and boron; Phishy adds fish-derived nutrition and food for soil life.
Choose around your crop, growing medium, and existing feed. Compare their roles in the system.
Are the products vegan?
Some formulas contain animal-derived ingredients. For example, Veg includes fish hydrolysate, Bloom and King Krustacean include crustacean material, and Microbes and Phishy include fish-derived ingredients.
Read the ingredient list for the particular product you are considering. The range should not be treated as entirely vegan.
Mixing & feeding.
What goes into the water first?
Shake Microbes well, then add it to the water first at 1–3 mL per gallon. Add Veg or Bloom for the plant's stage, using that product's own label rate.
Mix only what you will use. Check compatibility before adding other inputs; sharing a feeding plan does not mean every product belongs in the same tank.
Are teaspoons and tablespoons interchangeable here?
No. Kelp It Real uses ¼ teaspoon per gallon. Veg, King Krustacean, and the starting rates for Bloom and Incredible Bulk use ¼ tablespoon per gallon. One tablespoon is three teaspoons.
Measure each product separately. Microbes, Vitamin Sea, and Phishy have their own liquid rates. Keep the feeding guide beside your mix.
Can I mix all the products in one tank?
Do not assume blanket compatibility. Follow the directions for each product and check compatibility before tank-mixing.
Phishy's source manufacturer advises against mixing its fish-hydrolysate formula with other mineral fertilizers. Using products in the same overall feeding plan does not require combining them in one solution. Ask us about your specific combination.
Can I prepare a batch and store it?
The Microbes, Vitamin Sea, and Phishy packs say not to store diluted product: mix only what you will use.
Bloom's directions say to tank-mix with biological products less than four hours before application. King Krustacean should not be premixed with microbial products for longer than four hours unless aerated. Follow the directions for every input in your mix.
Can I spray the products onto leaves?
Follow the specific product's foliar directions. Incredible Bulk is a soil drench and should not be used as a foliar feed.
Vitamin Sea's pack gives a foliar rate of 5 mL per gallon once weekly on label-recommended crops. Phishy's foliar rate is lower than its soil-drench rate: 2–3 mL per gallon, with a small-area test first.
Can I use the products in a hydroponic reservoir?
Several products have reservoir directions, including Veg, Bloom, and King Krustacean. Follow each current pack and the needs of your system; this is not a universal rate or compatibility recommendation for every product.
Phishy's pack says to start at 5 mL per gallon in a reservoir, monitor EC, and adjust to the target pH because it may lower pH.
Where do I find directions for my plant?
Use the feeding guide for a product-by-product reference, and explore the grow guides for the plant you are growing. The directions on your current pack remain the reference for rates, crop restrictions, and application.
Orders & delivery.
When will my order ship?
Our shipping policy lists processing within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Processing may take longer during peak periods or product launches.
Standard shipping is listed as 3–5 business days. The available services and shipping rates are shown at checkout. Read the shipping policy.
How do I track my delivery?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use that link for carrier updates. If a package is significantly delayed or lost, contact us so we can help with the issue.
Where do you ship, and what will it cost?
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
For international inquiries, email info@growganica.com. See the full shipping policy.
What if something arrives damaged or is missing?
Inspect the order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For a damaged or incomplete shipment, the shipping policy asks you to contact us within seven days of delivery with the order number and photos, if applicable. Get help with your order.
Returns & guarantee.
How does the Growganica Guarantee work?
Our published guarantee asks you to use the product as recommended for at least one feeding cycle, typically 2–4 weeks, then get in touch with your setup and what you are seeing so we can troubleshoot together.
If you are still not impressed after that process, the guarantee says to reply to the email thread and send a photo of the unused product for a refund of the full purchase price, with no restocking fee. Read the complete Growganica Guarantee.
Can I return an unused order?
Our standard return policy gives you 30 days after receiving the item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition received, unworn or unused, with tags and its original packaging; a receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Contact info@growganica.com before sending anything back. Eligibility, approval, and exclusions—including sale items and gift cards—are in the full refund policy.
When is a return refunded?
After a return is received and inspected, you will be told whether the refund is approved. An approved refund is made to the original payment method; your bank or card provider can take additional time to post it.
Professional growers.
Do you work with commercial growers and retailers?
Yes. Start with For professionals for commercial growing, or For retailers for stocking Growganica and wholesale through Faire. Share your business, location, and what you are looking for so the conversation starts with your needs.
Should I scale a home-garden dose straight up for a farm?
Commercial rates depend on the product, crop, timing, and application method. Use the current label and discuss your program with the grower desk instead of treating the home-garden reference as a complete farm prescription.
