If you don't love what you grow, we make it right.

We back every Growganica product with a real guarantee — not a fine-print runaround. We'd rather lose a sale than sell you something that doesn't perform on your specific setup.

Here's how it works:

Use the product as recommended

Apply Growganica through at least one feeding cycle (typically 2–4 weeks). Living soil takes a beat — fast-fix expectations don't apply here.

Reach out — describe what you're seeing

Email or text us with your setup (indoor / outdoor, soil mix, water source, dose, plants) and what's not working. Photos help.

We troubleshoot together

We'll look at the variables, suggest adjustments, and check back in a week. Most issues resolve here — and you end up with a thriving garden, which is the whole point.

If you're still not impressed — full refund

Reply to the email thread, send us a photo of the unused product, and we refund the full purchase price. No restocking fee, no interrogation. We just want to know what we missed.

Why we ask you to troubleshoot first

In our experience, ~90% of "product issues" turn out to be environmental — water source, light, dose, soil moisture, the wrong plant for the season. Most can be solved in one conversation. We'd rather get you a working garden than just refund you and never know why.
